This month has been crazy busy so I needed an easy, tasty, somewhat healthy, freezer meal. I decided to make my crock pot roast.
I named it after Dave because when we started dating I made it several times trying to impress him and convince him I can cook. Ha!

This recipe is so easy to make the day of, freeze, or make multiple for freezer meal club.

Ingredients 
– roast (preferably on sale)
– 2 cans low fat creme of mushroom soup
– 1 can of water
– 1 package of dry onion soup 
– baby carrots
– 2 potatoes
– rice 
Cook all day long in crock pot and serve over rice. If it is frozen cook on low for 6-8 hrs. (Less if on high).
