My sweet friend Fran made this awesome dessert. It tasted sooo good and she said it was so simple!
She is not sure where the recipe came from, but is sure from someone at School of Choice (maybe Dollie O’Day).
The reason I love it is that it reminds me of the William Sonoma peppermint bark.
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1 12 oz. Cool whip
1 can condensed milk
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cup marshmallow miniatures
MIX ALL TOGETHER and LEAVE in FRIDGE FOR 5 hours
I added the raspberries and Peppermint bits (found in the Cooking Aisle) on the top.
*** I feel the peppermint made the dessert!
