We needed a first course for our Dinner and Décor party. Our friend Alyssa came up with the perfect Wedge Salad. It was so beautiful, easy, and tasty. It is such a good recipe for someone having company over.
Head of lettuce
Directions: Take the first layer off of the head of lettuce. Cut the lettuce into 4 pieces. Turn the pieces over and plate them. Sprinkle bacon bits, Balsamic vinegar, and Parmesan cheese. Voila! You are finished and your guests will be very happy!
