Growing up, my mom made this egg dish all of the time for us for breakfast. It is VERY easy and tastes SOOOO good. The key to this dish is boiling the eggs for EXACTLY ten minutes. This is from the time you put the eggs in the water on the stove, turn the stove on high, and boil the eggs. At exactly ten minutes from turning the knob on high, remove the eggs! If I am making it for one person, I will use two eggs and one piece of toast. You need to add salt and pepper at the end when you mix up the toast and the eggs.
I love that my kids love when I make this dish. Everytime I make it, I think of my childhood and my mom making it for us. I have no idea what it is called (eggs and toast?) and maybe your family already makes it. If you don’t, give it a try!!!!!
